Fixly was born in a messy workshop, by an extremely disorganised technician. I got tired of missing bookings and losing out on income because I didn't have time to juggle everything on my own, so I decided to do something about it.
I kept losing jobs because of missed emails.
Whenever things got busy, I'd try and juggle every single task at the same time. Quotes, intake, repairs, invoicing, shipping and absolutely everything in between. It was a complete nightmare.
Sleeping less than 4 hours a night because you know you're killing your own business by not being able to keep up with demand has to be one of the worst feelings in the world. I just had to do something about it.
So, I built Fixly. I broke my own downfalls down and focused entirely on the tools I needed myself. Once I saw it coming together I realised that what I had wasn't just a booking system. It was a complete solution for both small and large repair businesses.
