Can I use Fixly worldwide?

Yes, absolutely. Fixly is built for global repair shops. You can easily configure your local currency, custom tax rates, and regional payment methods straight from your admin dashboard.

Do I need to buy specific receipt printers or barcode scanners to use Fixly?

Not at all. Fixly is completely web-based, meaning it plays nicely with the hardware you already have. If your current label printer, receipt printer, or barcode scanner connects to your computer or tablet, it will work seamlessly with Fixly.

Can Fixly handle both walk-in and mail-in repairs?

Yes, Fixly is built to handle both workflows natively. Your online booking portal allows customers to select whether they are dropping a device off or mailing it in, and the system automatically adjusts the intake process, tracking links, and PDF summaries accordingly.

Do you build custom features or modifications?

We are constantly evolving Fixly based on feedback from our repair community! While we do not build bespoke, one-off modifications for individual shops, we actively listen to your feature requests. If you suggest a tool or integration that would benefit the wider Fixly community, there is a strong chance we will build it into a future software update for everyone to enjoy.
